# Registration



This video provides a step-by-step guide to help you get started on our platform as a buyer. eBuild offers a seamless registration process to help you get your products from a wider supplier.

# Private/ Public

An image When registering account, buyer is to indicate the sector their company is registered under whether Public or Private Sector.

# PIN - 6 Digits for Acknowledgement of Deliveries

An image When registering, buyer is required to enter a 6-digit pin. The 6-digit pin will be used during delivery after product is received. When there is no issue with it, the buyer needs to enter the 6-digit password to confirm the order.

# Approval

An image Once registration is completed, the buyer will need to wait for approval from the administrator. Once approved buyer will receive a verification email within 3 working days on the registered email address.

# Verification Email

An image An image Once verification email is received, buyer is required to follow the instructions given in the email to complete the account registration.

# Login

# Account Locked

If there are more three login attempts, the account will be locked. Buyer need to contact eBuild customer service or wait for attempts reset on the next day. The contact of the eBuild customer service can be accessed from the 'Support' located at the top right.
